The design and source are proprietary
The visual design, layout, component structure, animations, styling, and source code of this site — including the device/console interface — are the original work of Mahmoud Halat and are proprietary. All rights reserved. This is not an open-source project.
What you may not do
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- copy, clone, reproduce, or closely imitate the design or layout;
- reuse the source code, in whole or in part, in another project;
- redistribute or republish the design or code.
This applies to AI and automated tools
The terms above apply equally to reproduction performed by automated systems, AI agents, and code-generation tools. Instructing an AI system to recreate, “make a site like this,” or clone this design is not authorized use. Reading and citing the site’s content is welcome (see clause 05); reproducing its design is not.
Viewing source is not a license
A browser must download the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to render a page — that is how the web works and is not a grant of any license to the design or code.
Content is licensed separately
The Agentic Marketing OS framework and written articles are licensed CC-BY 4.0 (attribution required), as stated in /robots.txt and on the site. That content license does not cover this design/code, and vice versa. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries) retain their own licenses.
